Annual special recognition for outstanding masons based on skills they have acquired and shared in their everyday living as a mason.
A 7-day training cum production program that enhances the skills of masons where assessment and certification is sponsored by Holcim.

Criteria Required:
Trainees
* Male/female
* At least 18 years of age
* Must be in high school level
* Must have at least 2-3 years work experience as a mason helper

Project/Project Site:
* Must be a funded project by the NGO or local government unit (LGU) that has socio-economic impact such as school building construction/improvement, marginalized housing.
* Building specifications should enable trainees to perform the required competencies in the masonry trade
* Must have an area/room to conduct the lecture
* Must have a secured place/room to store training materials and tools.

Project Partner’s Role:

* Shall provide all other construction materials other than cement
* Must provide structural layout of the project
* Scout/screen participating trainees
* Provide lodging/accommodation of trainers/assessors when required
