The TECHNICAL EDUCATION & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (TESDA) invites licensed, insured, competent and bonded security agencies engaged in providing private security for the protection of lives and government properties/facilities/installations to pre-qualify and to bid for the delivery of security services for five (5) guards as follows:

Five (5) Security Guards – Two (2) guards per shift to be assigned to TESDA RO 8 and RTC, TESDA 8 Complex, Abucay, Tacloban City.

The following pre-qualification requirements in (2) two copies, duly certified must be submitted to the Chairman of Bids and Awards Committee, TESDA 8, Abucay, Tacloban City:

1. Letter of Intent
2. Letter of Authorization from the bidder authorizing BAC and/or its duly representative to verify pre-qualification documents
3. Current License to Operate issued by PNP FESAGS
4. SEC Registration (including Articles of Incorporations)
5. DTI Registration
6. Mayors Permit
7. Statement of the bidder that it is not “blacklisted or barred” from bidding by the government or any of its agencies, offices, corporations or LGU’s including non-inclusion in the consolidated blacklisting report issued by the GOP
8. Affidavit of Disclosure of Relations
9. List of Client currently under contract with; the agency and the number of guards assigned
10. Organizational Structure showing positions and names of key officials and personnel including company profile
11. List of firearms and their corresponding license
12. List of company equipments and other facilities
13. Latest PADPAO Certificate of good standing
14. Annual Registration Fee Return and Certificate of BIR Registration
15. Latest of Income Tax Return
16. Latest Audited Financial Statements
17. Latest SSS Certificate of Compliance
18. Latest Phil health Certificate of Premium Payments
19. Latest Pag-IBIG Fund Certificate of Membership and Contribution
20. DOLE/NLRC Clearance/ DOLE Certificate of Registration
21. Latest Tax Clearance
C. Pre-bid Conference is on May 12, 2009; 10:00AM at TESDA RO8 Conference Room
D. Deadline for submission of pre-qualification documents is on May 19, 2009; 5:00PM
E. Bidding for all pre-qualified bidders shall be on May 26, 2009; 10:00AM at TESDA RO8 Conference Room and should be addressed as follows:

E. Interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable bidding fee amounting to TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P2,000.00)
F. TESDA RO 8 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, thereof, to waive any formalities found therein, or to accept such bids or to award any part of the bid to any bidder whose bid is considered most advantageous to TESDA and or to the government.
